This notice explains how EnableOps handles the personal information you share with us, in line with UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

What we collect

When you complete our contact form we collect the details you provide: your name, organisation, email address, phone number (if given), the type of organisation, the area you need help with, and any message you write.

Why we use it

We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange your free consultation, and follow up about the services you asked about. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your request and any resulting work, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop using it. To do so, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
